What should I bring to my appointment?

We endeavour to get the most out of your appointment.

Kindly bring the following:

•     The questionnaires you were sent in the mail if you did not receive these please contact the practice you have your appointment with to obtain these.
  

                        Here are some links to some of the documents:

•     A current list of your medications
•     Reading glasses if you wear these
•     Your carer, someone you live with or a close family member if it  is possible
  

How much will it cost?

Fees vary depending on the type of consultation you are booked for. Kindly contact the reception staff to discuss the fees. 

How long is my appointment?

• The average new appointment is 45 - 60 minutes
• The average review appointment is 20 - 30 minutes
